This notice explains how Wayzari handles personal information across its website, marketplace, trip-planning tools and support channels. It should be read with the terms that apply to your account or booking.

Information we handle

  • Account, contact and profile information
  • Booking details, traveller information and documents required by an operator
  • Operator identity, licence, registration, bank and business records
  • Payments, refunds, payout references and reconciliation records
  • Messages, reviews, disputes, reports and support correspondence
  • Device, security, cookie, analytics and advertising information

Why we use it

We use information to provide accounts and journeys, connect travellers with operators, verify credentials, process or record payments, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, improve the service, measure audience activity, support relevant advertising, comply with lawful requests and protect legal rights.

Who receives information

Information may be shared with the traveller or operator involved in a booking, payment and identity providers, hosting and storage providers, mapping and weather services, analytics and advertising providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where lawfully required. Private travel documents are limited to authorised participants and administrators who need access.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as needed for the service, booking records, safety, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by record. We use access controls, audit records and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete information, subject to identity checks and records we must or reasonably need to retain. You can also object to certain uses or ask questions at support@wayzari.com. Browser controls may limit cookies, although essential account or security functions may then be affected.

Children and international processing

An account holder must be at least 18. An adult may provide a child traveller's details when authorised to do so. Service providers may process information outside Pakistan, where contractual and operational safeguards will be used as appropriate.
