Operator terms

Tourism company terms overview

Tourism companies enter a separate versioned operator agreement before publication. That signed agreement, together with package and booking records, controls the operator relationship.

Operator responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate identity, business, licensing, authorisation and payout information.
  • Publish complete and supportable package claims, prices and availability.
  • Protect traveller documents and use them only for the relevant journey.
  • Deliver the accepted services or follow the recorded change and cancellation process.
  • Respond to documents, alerts, complaints and disputes within required deadlines.

Umrah and Ziyaraat

An Umrah package cannot be published without current approved MoRA documentation where required. A Ziyaraat package cannot be published without current approved ZGO registration. Approval may be withdrawn when a credential expires, is replaced or becomes unreliable.

Payments and records

The administrator-approved settlement mode determines whether payments are managed through Wayzari or paid directly. Operators must provide truthful financial references, acknowledge applicable commercial terms and keep evidence of bookings, tickets, visas and other promised arrangements.

Enforcement

Wayzari may request evidence, hold publication, restrict features, suspend access, preserve audit records or end the relationship for legal, safety, financial or integrity concerns. Verification does not transfer the operator's responsibility to Wayzari.
