Pre-departure finality
For relevant booked journeys, the operator must record checks for roads, flights, permits, transport and other critical arrangements. A confirmation records the operator's statement and evidence at that time. It is not a permanent safety guarantee.
Weather and routes
Forecasts are planning aids and may change quickly, especially in mountain areas. Maps may not reflect closures, seasonal restrictions, private access, vehicle suitability or emergency conditions. Confirm locally and follow authorities.
International journeys
- Check passport validity, visas and entry or transit rules with official sources.
- Confirm health, vaccination and insurance requirements.
- Check airline status and baggage conditions directly.
- For pilgrimage journeys, verify current authorisations and official instructions.
Emergencies
Contact the relevant emergency service, authority, airline or local operator first. Wayzari support should not be used as a substitute for emergency assistance.
