Resolution

Dispute resolution process

The dispute centre gives travellers, operators and administrators one documented record of a booking concern. It is an operational resolution process, not a court or public authority.

How a case proceeds

  • The traveller identifies the issue and requested outcome.
  • Each party can provide relevant statements and evidence.
  • An administrator reviews the booking contract, communications and records.
  • A reasoned decision and any available financial remedy are recorded.
  • An eligible appeal is reviewed separately within the stated deadline.

Possible outcomes

Depending on the agreement, evidence and funds under Wayzari's control, an outcome may include no action, a correction, service completion, partial adjustment, refund, withheld release or account action. Wayzari cannot promise recovery from money paid directly to an operator.

External rights

Using this process does not remove a right that cannot legally be waived. Parties may seek independent advice or use an appropriate regulator, authority or court where needed.
