A preserved booking agreement
The accepted contract records price, party size, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation, departure, cancellation terms and material documents. Later changes require a recorded process rather than silently replacing what was agreed.
Wayzari-managed payments
Where Wayzari receives the payment, the booking can use staged operator releases tied to recorded milestones. This is a contractual marketplace arrangement and should not be understood as a regulated bank deposit or insurance product.
Direct payments
Some approved operators may receive payment directly. That status is shown clearly before booking. Travellers upload proof for the shared record, but Wayzari does not hold or control direct payments and has less practical ability to apply a financial remedy.
No false promise
Records, verification and staged releases reduce uncertainty but cannot remove all travel or counterparty risk. Read the package, operator credentials and accepted agreement carefully.
