This page explains the standard traveller framework. The version accepted during a booking is the legally relevant record for that journey.

Before booking

  • Review the operator, departure, itinerary, documents, price and cancellation schedule.
  • Use accurate traveller names and details that match official documents.
  • Confirm that the journey is suitable for every traveller in the party.

After booking

  • Provide required documents securely and on time.
  • Review operator documents and material-change requests promptly.
  • Follow lawful safety instructions and meet check-in or departure deadlines.
  • Use the booking workspace for important communications and evidence.

Fair use and disputes

Travellers must not submit false chargebacks, fabricated evidence, abusive reviews or unlawful material. Genuine service concerns can be raised through the dispute process without limiting rights available under applicable law.
