Using Wayzari
- You must be at least 18 to create an account or make a booking.
- Information you provide must be accurate, lawful and kept current.
- You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape protected data or publish unlawful or deceptive content.
Marketplace role
Wayzari operates a marketplace and planning service. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, the named tourism company supplies the journey. Verification indicates that specified records were reviewed and current at the recorded time. It is not an endorsement, insurance policy or guarantee of service quality, solvency, safety, visa approval, road access or uninterrupted travel.
Bookings and payment routes
The checkout record identifies the price, departure, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation, cancellation terms, payment route and release schedule. Money may be paid through a Wayzari-managed collection flow or directly to an operator, depending on the package. Wayzari cannot refund or control money paid directly to an operator unless it actually receives or controls those funds.
Travel responsibilities
Travellers remain responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, suitability, punctuality and compliance with authorities. Operators remain responsible for lawful delivery, licences, accurate listings, confirmed arrangements and required pre-departure checks. Weather, border, road, airline and government decisions can change without notice.
Content and intellectual property
Wayzari content, branding and software may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to provide it and grant Wayzari the rights reasonably needed to store, review, display and operate the service. We may moderate or remove content that breaches law or policy.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayzari is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for acts of independent operators and third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension, disputes and governing law
We may restrict or close accounts to protect users, comply with law or address serious policy breaches. Please use Wayzari support and dispute channels first where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan unless mandatory law requires another forum.
